wonderful experience!
I was in Asheville to spend most of my time at baseball games of the Asheville Tourists. They play at McCormick Field right in Asheville and the hotel was only about 15 minutes away (only needing to take about 3 roads to get there). Besides its close location, the hotel was perfect. Great customer service, breakfast was available, and the housekeeping was wonderful! I arrived earlier than check in and they made sure to get my room cleaned for me so I could settle in. When I needed a forgotten item I asked for one and it was brought over immediately. And my favorite, I like to sleep in a bit on vacation and they would always be sure to come back and clean the room when I left. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would go back!!

Great customer service and spacious room
I always appreciate the customer service at this hotel. I enjoy having a workout room. They just added a stellar Breakfast buffet too!!

Go somewhere other than the hotel restaurant if you want a good amount of food for a decent price. if you like paying high amounts for not a lot of food then eat at sonny's bistro. the food was good there just wasn't enough of it and it was way pricey

My experience was near perfect. They were very accomodating. Very friendly and courteous. They even refunded me a night that I didn't stay due to my mistake when making the reservations online. I would recommend them to anyone traveling for pleasure or business.

Not much of a holiday
Not one of the better places to stay.Hotel smelled old,musty,moldy .In need of a major make over. NO HOT WATER. 4 th Floor.

Holiday Inn East Biltmore Region
I appreciated the early check-in based on room availability. The hotel was pet-friendly, but enforced strict pet-owner behavior rules. The staff was courteous. However, the restaurant hours were inconvienent. I did recognize the hotel was located on a road with several restaurants, but none of them were a three star or above quality with healthy food choices on their menu. The Waffle Shop next door to the hotel was great.
