Great family gathering
This was our second visit. Breakfast was abundant but not as good as last year.(eggs overcooked). The lobby computer worked well but alas the printer was out of ink. While the room suited us perfectly the air conditioner/heater had a rattle indicating a need for service. Be that as it may would stay there again next year.

Hampton Inn Asheville Biltmore Square
The hotel was very nice and in a perfect location. They had a lot of different items for breakfast to keep everyone satisfied. The reception personnel were very helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy. Cleaning staff were very friendly. I will go back and visit them anytime I am in the area. Completely satisfied.

Short walk from hotel
My daughter and I were there for a Winter Retreat for Knitters and Crochet-ers. The mall that the classes were to be given in, happened to be right across the street. They not only had the yarn shops in the mall, there were also some very unique shops in the mall. Fast food and a grocery store were also within walking distance. The Interstate on ramp was just across from the light. It was very easy to find your way around, where ever we went. We will be back to visit the Biltmore Estates.

hotel room did not have frig or micro wave .it was not close to any resturants.it snowed like heck so i asked to leave a day early because of the roads.o.k. but they charged me anyway.there were not enough guests to turn on the hot tub.they stopped maid service because of the holiday.

One of the best in the area
Check in was quick and checkout was even faster. Rooms are brand new with flat screen TV's. Very modern and worth every penny. Breakfast was excellent and served until 10am. Also the hotel has to go bags prepared for guests if you are in a hurry. The room decor is top notch..
