Fall Getaway

I was returning home from a getaway to the mountains and spent the night here to break up the drive. I regularly stay in these hotels. This one was very dated and was definitely below their standards. Also the cleanliness was far below the standards I am accustomed too.

Dinner at the Cracker Barrel was good home cooked food.

great location, great value

I liked how I could adjust the AC to my comfort. The beds and pillows were comfortable; I had a great nights sleep. I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly. They provided me with a map of downtown and showed me where everything was. The lobby was large and calming. The location of the hotel was close to downtown, the arboretum, Biltmore, everything. The bathroom was large, with a large mirror and plenty of space to put things. They used energy saver bulbs in the lamps, this made me happy.
