Beside the Texas Roadhouse
Located uphill from the Texas Roadhouse at the intersection of I-40 and Hendersonville Rd, Guest House International did not disappoint. Comfortably furnished, and quite near the Biltmore Estate. Hotel staff (Chris) were great with directions and recommendations. Got discounted tickets at front desk. Had a complimentary full breakfast each morning. Bathroom was bit small, and access to Hendersonville Rd south difficult during rush hour.

Not bad
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was tiny but shower head and water pressure were great. Was no parking available. Had to park at steak house next door. Breakfast was standard fare. Great price for the location.

Convenient to the Biltmore Estate
My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend excursion from Eastern TN. Perfectly located and easy to get to and from the Biltmore Estate. After their continental (hot and cold items) we headed right over to the Biltmore Estate and spent the day. Well worth it. The room was nice and clean.

Decent place to stop for the night
Just needed a place to lay our heads down for the night. The room was clean. The only drawback was exterior door and noise from the road.

Asheville visit
If you go to this hotel and exit from 25, it is the first turn off. We passed it up. You have to turn into the entrance to Texas Roadhouse and make a sharp uphill right turn. It was really conveniently located. We visited the Biltmore which was right down the street from this hotel. We would stay there again. A good place to stay for the price.

So Comfy!!
This room was perfect for us in it's comfort. It was just the right size for two. The bed was divine after a long day of traveling. The staff were courteous and helpful! We would definitely stay there again:)

Great value, clean hotel
this hotel is a nice place, beds are comfy. mini fridge in room, but no microwave. Just as nice as the hotels charging more. have stayed there several times.

So So
Location very close to the Biltmore but the driveway to get to the Hotel is very steep. Beds not very comfortable. Good breakfast. We had a room on the back side of the building that was very quiet.
