Overnight in Ashville
It was a great experience. We went to dinner downtown and walked around and took in the sights.

a day in asheville
My kids and I had a great stay in asheville. The hotel was right downtown, walking distance to cafes, shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful in making suggestions of what to do and how to get there.

sheraton four points asheville
hotel has undergone rehab recently and upgraded throughout and it is nice. Check-in was a breeze. Restaurant was ok, not great. Housekeeping was good excepting when I asked for a sheet change they didn't follow the instruction on he card. Otherwise conveniently located and nice.

Great location!
Walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. Not the fanciest hotel in Asheville but definitely best location - park the car and leave it. I think a room on the side away from the beltway traffic would be quieter.

Nice renovated hotel downtown
The Hotel was very nice, recently renovated, so very fresh. Big widescreen tv in room, son hooked up x- box and loved it. Convenient location to downtown, could walk to restaraunts and attractions if weather would have permitted. Free parking was nice as Asheville has metered parking and pay lots only. They have cribs available at no charge. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Challenging due to Orbitz and the Hotel
We booked the room specifically for a concert at the Biltmore Estate. However, the show was cancelled due to an illness by the performer. I e-mailed Orbitz explaning the situation and requested a refund or some other form or consideration. In responce, Orbitz indicated that the rooms cancellation was per the hotels and nothing could be done. Upon arriving, the hotel understood the cicumstances, I was disappointed that Orbitz did not understand and not willing to work with me on the situation. Also, as mentioned above the bath tub began to fill with water and debris late at night. This not only woke us up but we could not use the tub/shower in the morning due to the condition.
