Extended Stay America Asheville - Tunnel Rd.

There is nothing fancy about this hotel, but it was exactly what we needed - a nice place for a short stay at a good value. The staff was great, the amenities were fine and the grab n' go breakfast was a nice addition. The location is close to downtown Asheville and it was a great value. If you need the long stay amenities, they are available.

The Extended Stay is located in a quiet neighborhood yet it is close to everything . My room was clean with a nice size TV a comfy bed, a clean kitchen and refrigerator . I was pleased with everything, thank you.

This is a basic hotel of two stars. It's clean, safe, and very conveniently located to the downtown Ashville. It is perfect for someone who needs to drop bags off and go explore the area. You would have to drive to get to the nicer restaurants and the city center. Very quick access to the major interstate routes.

the htoel was tuck away in the most curious location making it difficult to find. Asoon as I saw what they called a queen size bed I knew we were in trouble. it was more like a double whose mattress had seen better days. The staff were friendly and curteous. it is an exetended stay type hotel and unfortunately smelled like one in the hall ways.

Hotel needs updating, sketchy internet service, not much to do.

Asheville is tough for hotels, but I think I found my go to for future visits. In the past I've paid almost as much as my room here($100) for a dirty motel. Nothing disgusting to mention here, a little of the paint was peeling near the shower, thats about it. Seems like it was built around 2000 or so.

If you need a place with your own cooking facilities, this would be good. Tucked up a quiet cul-de-sac from a main highway, there is good access to anywhere in town. Good, but nothing special.

Our tub was clogged and the front desk girl told me there are no maintenance people available on the weekends.....gross. they did not offer another room or anything.wouldmost likely not go there again.

Room needed a facelift and hotel allows pets. Dog heard barking. Sheets only cleaned once a week if you stay. Smokers gathered at front door and there was always a car parked in the way getting into hotel.

The room was were a previous smoker stayed. Room was hot upon entering, dark, not clean, under the bed box springs liner hanging. Only one person on duty answering phone, doing the laundry, checking in and out guest, taking smoke break out the front door. The bed was very hard. Could not regulate the temperature to a comfortable level.
