New hotel! The rooms and hallways smelled great! Kids had a great time in the indoor pool. Free hot breakfast in the morning. Fun Depot was located right behind the hotel within walking distance. The whole family enjoyed the stay!

not the good night's sleep we were hoping for
paper thin walls. The people in the room next door decided to leave their TV on at as they went to bed. when we arrived back at the hotel for the night around 1:00am, the TV was going full-force. the walls seemed to provide little or no sound protection. We tried putting cotton in our ears and putting the pillow over our heads, but the noise still permeated into our room. at 4:00am, we called the front desk and requested they look into the situation. They did. We finally got to sleep at about 5:00 and slept until the early risers/door slammers started their routines. It was not a good night's sleep to say the least.

Overnight Getaway
My wife and I spent Saturday at the Biltmore House and discovered this hotel on the Internet. We drove up Friday afternoon and spent the night prior to going to the Biltmore House on Saturday. We were well pleased with this facility and will stay here again. Staff was very pleasant and we enjoyed conversing with them.

A Step Above - or at Least Trying to Be
This was a pleasant stay but just shy of a nice room. Most things in the room appeared new but the bed wasn't very comfortable. Still a good value for the area.

Friendly staff
The hotel is newer, clean and the staff friendly. The complimentary breakfast was adequate. Dbl queen room was nicely sized. Unfortunately, the location was not the best. It is on the corner of a highway, so lots of trucking traffic constantly. There is also construction of a new school across the street, so more noise. Oh...and the walls/ceilings are PAPER thin...had to call front desk due to noise at 11pm twice.

Weekend Get Away
We came to Asheville for a white water rafting adventure and the hotel was convenient, clean adn very affordable. The free breakfast was a plus, too. An indoor amusement park was within walking distance, so the kids had fun there as well.

Good but not Great
This hotel seemed to be aspiring to be above the norm but it felt like a solid average experience. While we had no problems at all during our stay, we were not surprised or overly impressed with anything either.

Good location
Great location to hwy, downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. Very clean with nice employees - basic rooms but new. We were travelling with kids so the Fun Depot (go karts, mini golf) behind the hotel was an added bonus. It was just 2 mi to the Biltmore and Village, but nothing to walk to from hotel. Car a must.

The Tupelo Honey Cafe in downtown Asheville is a must stop. Delicious southern homemade food. We loved it.
