I would stay there again
The hotel was clean, the room itself was clean. Great variety of breakfast foods. The attendant in the breakfast room stayed on top of food quantities and kept the tables clean as soon as people left. Housekeeping was consistently good. We used the pool and hot tub - both very clean. Initially thought it was odd not to have a microwave in the room, as there was a micro-frig. But we never missed it. I would definitely stay there again as well as recommend it to family and friends.

Great location near highway, downtown, and Biltmore
The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Pool and hot tub were clean, as well as the fitness room. The kitchen closet was next to our room. The staff was very loud when working in there. Front desk staff were sometimes helpful, other times rude.

Weekend fun
My fiancé and I wanted a fun weekend getaway. This hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was impressive. The clerks were very friendly and helpful.

Get a couple's massage. It will help to relax and something fun to do together. Spa-Theology was a favorite.

Biltmore's Finest
The stay at the hotel was great. we were only there no more than a few days and the staff was extremely accommodating and super friendly. I would recommend and will stay here again when i do go back to visit ashville
