A few things not working
Great location to the park. Room was clean and nice. The only bad items were 1) Hot tub not working very well 2.) Not one of the ice machines were working.I would rate the stay a 8 out of 10

A "Beary" Good Place
The hotel was close to the entrance to Yellowstone, so if you weren't staying in the park, it was quite convenient. We stayed 2 nights and went into the park both days. Cute atmosphere with a "bear" theme! Breakfast was included in the price of the hotel, and it was good and plentiful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after being in the park all aday.

Not bad but very expensive.
This felt like a very large hotel, probably because it was fully booked. There was plenty of noise from the plumbing in other rooms and through the adjoining door, which was locked, but we could hear what the other guests had to say all night. The room was large because of two king beds. The refrigerator and microwave must have been afterthoughts since they were next to the door and hard to use in that location. The location is good, though there are two other hotels in a similar location. The free breakfast was ok. The worst are the fabricated eggs but every hotel seems to be serving these, what they call omelets. We mostly did not eat the breakfast. If I go again, I will try to stay somewhere else. For about $270/night, I expect close to perfection and definitely not noisy.

To enjoy seeing Yellowstone most, get up early and get to the park by 7AM at the latest. Getting around, seeing the animals, it's all better early in the day! We loved the park! The geysers and the animals are spectacular.

Kelly's Inn YellowStone
It's very Best Western like but the breakfast is a bit messy and "plain". BTW, the door facing the parking lot does not work, which creates some fuss. But the location is ok.

Worked well for us
We found the Kelly Inn to be pretty much as we expected, I nice, clean resort hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving good recommendations for dining out and finding services we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The free internet was of average speed for a hotel but the flat screen TV was slightly larger that average (no HD). They had a new matress on the bed that I found very comfortable, they asked about it as well. The location was convenient for going to and from the park as well as the rest of WYS (though the town is pretty small and everything is easy to get to). The price was OK for the room especially that we were there for the beginning of the summer season (early June). Overall I'd stay there again.

Do not eat at the Mexican / American restaraunt across the street from the Kelly Inn (I think it's called "Authentic"). We're from California and know good Mexican food and this was awful, some of the worst we've had. Now I know we shouldn't expect much for Mexican in Idaho but this warranted a warning, several of the other places we ate were very good.

About the best deal you will find in this overpriced location
The motel was about average for this type of place, but way overpriced because of its location at Yellowstone, as all lodging is in the area.

5 in a room
A very comfortable and clean hotel, washer and dryer were new and very clean.pool was a bit small but hot tub was nice.We had 3 adults and 2 kids and did'nt feel cramped.

get a styrofoam cooler at the local grocery store fill it with waters pop beer lunch meat . Eat breakfast at hotel make sandwiches for lunch .Food in West YEllowstone is exspensive and not very good

the hotel was in a great location, right outside the park and close walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. The rooms were roomy and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One negative, they had a be green sign in the room and they do not recycle.

comfortable room and good amenity
During May, there is still cold outside. Jacizzi really reflesh body and mind.
