Could have been better
It was a beautiful hotel, looked pretty new. The room was very clean and well appointed and I have no complaints about the beds. But I had asked for a first floor room which I didn't get. (I'm a senior who had lots of "luggage" for a workshop I was attending.) Had to struggle with luggage in a tiny elevator and walking to a room that was the almost the furtherest from the elevator. No luggage racks (they were on back order) and the A/C didn't work very well. Probably would not stay there again just because of the inconvenience of it all.

Very clean and comfortable
We have enjoyed our stay in the hotel as we were greeted very friendly on our arrival. The information provided was done swift and with interest. The rooms were spacious and smell fresh and clean. However, I think it was expensive in comparison with other hotels in larger cities. I would like to visit this hotel more if it was more economic.

wireless problem
The wireless internet was almost non operational. If they advertise internet must be upgraded. 1st floor room very noisy from 2nd floor people. Seems like no insulation between floors. Recommond staying in a 2nd floor room

We had a wonderful time at Yellowstone! Our stay at the Holiday Inn was also very enjoyable. The rooms were clean and cheerful, the beds were very comfortable, the evenings were nice and quiet as we slept, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. In addition, the location of the hotel was perfect. There were plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away, and it was only a quick drive to the entrance of west Yellowstone every morning. I would only wish that the hotel wasn't as expensive, and I would wish to increase the amount of time that we stayed in Yellowstone. There is so much to see that we almost didn't have enought time to fit it all in!

One thing that no one told us when we visited Yellowstone, that I would like to have known from the beginning, was that the wildlife doesn't tend to come out until dusk. The deer, buffalo and other wildlife stream out to the meadows at dusk to feed, and sometime just wander down the roadways because they don't know to be afraid of humans. Be sure you have a good camera ready at all times!

Misrepresented & overpriced!
We reserved a room with a king bed and jetted tub (and paid for it), but that's not what we got! The tub looked like a jetted tub, but the water came out of the jets very slowly with no force at all. The staff didn't seem to care.

Super quite vaction
We wanted a quite vaction and knew it was the off season so it was the right time. Not much was open but we had to pool to ourselves and rooms were nice and clean. We miss the pillows. The bad was the hotel restraunt was being remodeled so no room service which was bad since the only other choice was McDonalds.

A great place for a for day weekend.
My daughter and I stayed in West Yellowstone to visit and see the surrounding area.

Do not go in the winter time if you you want to see Yellowstone National Park. It will be closed.

Family Travelers
Wow Holiday Inn impressed me
We travel with our family a lot. We stay in hotels for at least two months each year. We usually don't stay in hotel chains but we made an exception this time. I have to say I was impressed with the Holiday Inn. This was much better than we had expected. The rooms were huge, comfortable beds/pillows, and a wonderful atmosphere. The kids eat free was great as well. The food was quality was surprisingly high. It seems like Holiday Inn has really improved their hotels and we'll be staying with them more often.
