Simple & clean
Hotel is off the "main drag" but still situated within walking distance of twns shops, bars and restaurants. The room was clean, the bedding comfortable and staff helpful. Located right outside Yellowstone's west entrance it is a good place to stay when visting the park. Would recommend to fellow travellers.

It was dissapointing.
I expected a better prestation than it was. I met some difficulties to find my sleep because of the noise made by the pump of the pump.

A very nice place to stay.
Our stay in West Yellowstone was very nice from the hotel standpoint. We would have stayed in the park but due to shortness of time we couldn't get a room there. The Clubhouse Inn in West Yellowstone did have rooms available and after reading reviews of it we decided to book a room there. We had no complaints in regards to the hotel, the room was very clean, very comfortable beds, quiet and very close to the park entrance. If I couldn't get a reservation in the park at the Old Faithful Inn, I'd stay in West Yellowstone at the Clubhouse Inn again.

If you want very good pizza, go to the Wild West Pizzeria, just a few blocks walk from the hotel. We went at about 5:30pm and when we left at about 6:30 or so, there was a line of over 20 people waiting for a table. The service was quick and there were a number of different types of pizza on the menu. We'd go there again.

Reasonable price and good place
Very clean, location is perfect, only 2 blocks away from the west entrance. The breakfast is included and simple.

very nice place
This was a very nice place to stay. It was close to the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center. Our only complaint was the continental breakfast eating area was very small. We had to wait to find a place to eat. But during the busy tourist season that is to be expected.

Nice early continental breakfast
The clubhouse Inn in west yellowstone offers a nice continental breakfast. Even mc donalds is way overpriced in the area. So it was nice to get a early start each morning to see the animals. I had waffles,toast,roll,and OJ. Like most places the hotel was not a bargain. But it did have access to the internet in the lobby. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are nice. The hotel seems pretty new. The room was nice. Laundry and ice down the hall. The hotel is right in the heart of the downtown area. I would go back. But hopefully in the off season and maybe get a better rate? But it had everything you need for the area. Walking distance to the Imax theatre and bear/wolf discovery center.(go to the bear/wolf place*)Also really close to downtown. Its next door to the post office!

Kinda spendy for what you get
The front desk staff at check in was unprofessional at best. The woman seemed bothered that she had to check me in. She did so after rolling her eyes and removing her ipod earphones and snapping her gum repeatedly. We were staying two nights. The first room that we were checked into, the A/C didn't work. The second room we were booted out of the next day and put into a third room because they had already sold your room to someone else. The third room was adequate. It was comfortable, clean,had working a/c, a fridge and a microwave. I travel for business, and this room is pretty standard fare as far as chain hotels go. Next time we are staying in West Yellowstone, we'll probably just wait and get a cheaper hotel/motel once we are in town. There were vacancy signs all over town.

As you are walking north on Canyon Street, just south of Madison, there is a candy shop on the right side of the street that has the BEST fudge! They have probably 15-20 different kinds, and they let you sample them! Buy one pound, and you get a quarter pound free.

Continental breakfast was ...
Continental breakfast was offered if you could wait an hour or so behind two busloads of other hotel guests. Loved Yellowstone...but will stay inside the park on next trip for sure!

Nice room , Nice staff very good value (for West Yellowstone).. Seconds from park entrance - We had a jacuzzi in the room , which was nice after walking about all day!
