Great stay!
Aside from a glitch with the electronic key that required us to switch rooms, this was a great stay! The kitchen in the room was excellent, and the hotel provides all needed cookware and place settings if you want to cook something "at home" rather than going out. They also have room service, and there are a number of good restaurants located close by. We will certainly stay here again!

Nice Place
Really nice place with a pool table room and free DVD rentals! Fire alarm went off at 3am falsely and they gave me a 25% refund which was nice even though not their fault. Food was much better than average for Breakfast, had several choices, not just one or two.

Weary traveler
Beautiful hotel but noisy
Our first great impression was the beautiful lobby and inviting fireplace. On our way to the elevator, we passed the billiard room, and the theater. Our room was tastefully decorated and since we had a 1-bedroom suite, the full kitchen was a definite plus for us. In room DVD player made watching movies a snap. Soon, we noticed how easy it was to hear noise from all sides---above us, outside our door, rooms next to ours. This hotel was nicely decorated, but they skimped on soundproofing. Since it has an appeal for many activities, it was a busy place, and many families were enjoying the amenities. If that's the atmosphere you want for your stay, you will love it. We were just a little disappointed that it couldn't have been quieter. Children were running over our heads well past midnight. Maybe we're just getting old.....

Annual Missoula shopper
Top notch trip
My family and girlfriends meet in Missoula for our annual shopping trip. We have stayed at various motels in the area and decided to try a room closer to the hub of our activities. The price of the room was $5-10 per night more but well worth it! The size of the room was a pleasant surprise. We loved having a separate room for all our purchases! The continental breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful and attentive.

suite hotel
Everything was fine with our stay, but we won't return because the hotel is pet-friendly. We had to call housekeeping when we checked in because there was dog hair all over the comforter of our bed, which was pretty disgusting. Also, it was rather surprising when the elevator doors opened up and there was a huge dog sitting there! We like dogs, just not in our home or hotel room.
