Room was good... but OMG
We were pleased with the room... but the pack-n-play they brought us was disgusting! We found pictures in it and it was full of rice and the mattress pad had like thrown up baby ceareal all over it! they were going to refund us our money but couldn't since we booked through an online website!

Great value.
A little distance away from the other majors and the city center, but quiet and a good value. Only stayed an evening on the drive cross country. Clean and more than adequate.

Family athletic travel
This hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The breakfast room was spacious but the food selection and quality were a little below average. Great location for accessing different parts of Missoula.

Comfy room
The Broadway Inn is a good value for Missoula. It was quite a bit cheaper than many of the comperable hotels in the area. It's not fancy but it's safe, clean and in a nice central location for the area. The bed wasn't too hard or soft and the room was good sized with a perfect air conditioner. The best part was the AMAZINGLY fluffy towels. Now I understand why people steal hotel towels.

Zoo Town1
This hotel was very nice for the price. The staf were very professional and helpful when needed. Main thing I have is [...] I would suggest a way of notifying what the pool/hot tub status is as this is the second hotel I have booked that there was no notice of pool/hot tub closure. I probably would have booked a different hotel had I known this. But one nice aspect of the hotel is the onsite bar and grille.

I basically used the hotel only to rest for the next day. The breakfast was adequate, the rooms were clean, the service was helpful. I think it was a nice place to stay. The back door entrance was extremely convienant for us to load and unload our equipment.

nice hotel for the money, very clean
I had a brother in the the St Pat's hospital, the hotle was very close and easy to get to the hospital, the hotelstaff was very friendly and reconized me every time I went to the lobby, I felt very much at home. Whe I asked for extra towels they were very pleasant!

Good location but unkempt
Staff was very helpful and location was great. However, the carpet was dirty, the room had only two lights which made it very dark, and the bahroom floor was dirty.
