Good location, lousy housekeeping

Used hotel as a base for visiting Yellowstone. Nice room but had to ask three times for an extra blanket. Breakfast was uneven, especially on days after bus tours. Friendly staff, just needs better housekeeping supervision ...

The good, the bad, and the really ugly

i dealt with 4 different front desk personnel over 5 nights and 6 days. 2 of them knew what they were doing and 2 of them had virtually no training and were a disaster. the cleaning ladies were the same way. one day i had toilet paper, kleenexes, trash removal... the next maybe...mabye not. very spotty service. the male manager/owner who seemed to be wandering around doing maintenance also... was very unfriendly..surly. never smiled once..just about "killed" him to say hello when i spoke to him. the female bartender was FANTASTIC!!! she was the best one in the whole place. i didn't eat there, so i can't say anything good or bad.
