Got room day before, that was a plus to find one at last minute. It was large and comforable. Was setup for handycap which we didn't need but maybe why so large. Very quiet even with it being New Years. The waitress and chef at breakfast were wonderful. Good food.

Fabulous mini vacation

Short drive from hotel
While the Hilton Garden Inn is my first choice to stay....my favorite attraction is Glacier Park. You'll need to set aside several hours to take it all in but it is worth it. If possible, take a red bus tour and let them do the driving while you relax in awe of the amazing views. Big Mountain is also a great place to visit in the summer. Take a gondola ride to the top and look south towards Flathead Lake and across the valley. It's the only place I've ever stood on solid ground with the wind in my face and could see the curvature of the earth. A clear day offers an awesome view.

Not Quite What It's Reported To Be
Web site said Room Service available; what it didn't say was that it was only from 5 pm to 10 pm. Restaurant it says it has is only open from 5 pm to 10 pm. Their policy was to not change the bed sheets unless you requested it and they did not do that even after we were there for six days. Did not replace the towels or refresh the room the day after Thanksgiving.

Nice for a Hilton
I thought the Hotel was great, I just didn't realize that the location was so far out of the city limits. The beds were way too soft and the sleep system on them didn't work.

Terrific value!
We travel to Kalispell a lot and this is the first time we have stayed here. We will never stay anywhere else again. You can spend an extra $50 and stay 5 minutes closer to most of the shopping, or you can spend $20 less and stay across the street in a dive. Its a no-brainer. It was great value for the price, very upscale, spotless, with designer toiletries and scrumptious towels. We loved it.

The buffet breakfast with cooked to order omelets and wonderful whole wheat waffles and a great selection of other hot and cold foods was a steal at $9.99. Or you can drive across the city to IHOP and stand in line for an hour.

Nice Hotel, Friendly Staff,
Good Hotel, Friendly Staff, Excellent wait staff in food area. Good location. I like having a refrigerator for special dietary needs. Good parking and close to shopping.

exceptionally large rooms with extras
I really enjoyed the hotel. It was the nicest in the area from what I could see. The rooms were very large, and had a refrigerator and microwave. The beds were queens, not full size. There was a large flat screen tv. they had spent more money on the tile and other building materials to make it upscale. The restaurant had good food, although their advertising on orbitz made me think I was getting a made to order free breakfast, but actually it was not free. A very nice hotel, I would stay there again.
