One fumble and three good days
When we got there they wanted to stick us in a non-smoking room with two queen-size beds. (We ordered a single king size smoking room.) When I wouldn't budge on the smoking room issue, they finally re-assembled a two-queen smoking room.(they are in the process of replacing all their beds with new mattresses) The HAD received the room order from you in a timely manner but somehow dropped the ball. Other than that the service was acceptable. Their 'fitness center' appears to be a health club down the street but other than that the staff were cheerful and helpful and tried their best to accommodate us.

We were there for the high school divisional wrestling tournament. The room was clean and ready upon our arrival, but the bed was hard compared to ours at home.

Not a good choice
Was a very dirty room, a roach of some sort in the bed!!!! Furniture very dirty in the suite office room. Was sorry we made the choice. Staff very unfriendly.

the room were clean but the bathroom sm
The room were clean the bathroom was small. I was there for my sons baseball game.We arrive at 1 am at night the staff was very freindly. He gave me a late check for 1pm the next day. The next day made reservation for a few day in july.
