Great Hotel
aileenb Nov 4, 2009
This was a great place to stay, very close to everything we wanted to do. Lobby had great cookies and it was nicely decorated ... for Halloween. The rooms were comfortable for the 4 of us and the staff were very helpful & friendly. The Portage Restaurant had great food and we were sorry we didn't eat there sooner. We had dinner on our final night in Montana and the food & service was excellent & we will stay there again.

We had a great experience at the Hotel during our stay for 3 nights. Yummy cookies greeted us in the Lobby and the Hotel ... staff from the check in to the housekeeping were GREAT. The room was comfortable, especially the beds. We were sorry we waited until the last night to eat dinner in the Portage Restaurant. The food was excellent and we will be back. Holiday Inn Great Falls
Candace Eden Aug 10, 2009
They suggested the room we needed which was a great cost savings for the business, location was great, the staff was ... attentive and helpful, the rooms were clean and bed was cozy. Having WiFi available was a big plus. We would definately stay there again and recommend it to others.

I really liked the Bar S restaurant for service and food-much better than Borries which had been recommended (not by your staff). Downtown at Stacy's for breakfast was actually decent and good service. We also think the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center is a must do for adults especially and fun for kids too.

Our Visit
Kath Jun 3, 2009
We were in Great Falls to celebrate our grandson's H.S. Graduation. We stayed in this hotel in 2004. The staff was very ... friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and pleasant. The bathroom was very "tight", to close the door you had to back up to the sink, sideways and then close the door. The control on the tub drain did not work correctly and there is a need to replace or properly clean and repair tile. There was some water temperture issues when showering. It would go very hot for a few seconds and then return to normal. Must be the older plumbing. One concern was the strong chlorine odor from the fountain and in the pool area. I hope that the entire facility will soon become smoke free. It was not possible to avoid the cigarette smoke because of the proximity of the casino/bar to the elevators. We did enjoy our stay and the hotel staff were all very friendly, helpful and pleasant.

Great Stay in Great Falls
John May 26, 2009
Hotel was very easy to find off the interstate. This was my first business trip to Great Falls and I will be staying at the ... Holiday Inn on all my future visits. I was very pleased with the comfortable beds- it seemed as though they just got new bedding. I was also surprised by the fast internet connection. I never had an issue with the service and downloaded files unussualy fast for a hotel connection.
