What a great place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the people were nice. The weather was awful, so many kids in the pool, and it was kept supplied with towels and clean. The only problem we had was in the restaurant, had to wait forever, but the food was good when we got it and we were compensated for the wait. I would recommend it to anyone.

Not Bad Place to Stay
The in room INTERNET services was very fast with a CAT 5 cable connection. I was able to work on line with very little delays to my office main frame. The room was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. In room coffee was not great. Also, the pool is on the second floor where I stayed and it was still a bit loud from the guests until just after 10PM. But, if you have children, it would be a fun pool to use as it has a large water slide.

If you stay at this hotel, just down the main street is a restaurant called Jaker's. Great steaks and seafood. A little pricey, but well worth the money. Great service and great food.

Great In-House Chef
We held an dinner event for 47 people and had it catered by their in-house chef. The food was very good! We also lodged at the hotel. My family had 2 adjoining rooms (family suite). The room and the bathroom was very odd in its layout but it worked fine for us. We were also clearly in the "remodeling" wing straight across from the noisy pool. I guess we're not the fussy types and didn't let the mess and noise bother us.

Great Hotel
This was a great place to stay, very close to everything we wanted to do. Lobby had great cookies and it was nicely decorated for Halloween. The rooms were comfortable for the 4 of us and the staff were very helpful & friendly. The Portage Restaurant had great food and we were sorry we didn't eat there sooner. We had dinner on our final night in Montana and the food & service was excellent & we will stay there again.

Great location, Great Price!!
We had a great experience at the Hotel during our stay for 3 nights. Yummy cookies greeted us in the Lobby and the Hotel staff from the check in to the housekeeping were GREAT. The room was comfortable, especially the beds. We were sorry we waited until the last night to eat dinner in the Portage Restaurant. The food was excellent and we will be back. Can't say enough about this Holiday Inn.

it was ok
no continental breakfast no exhaust fan in bath door key did not work hardly at all compared to cheaper hotels it did not make the grade had a lot better at a lot lower rates.

Nice place to stay, needs some updating which is apparently in process. Right on our travel route. Close to river trail system.
