Great Hotel
We have used this hotel numerous times and it is always agreat place to stay. The food is good,the rooms are well looked after. it would be nice if the bar was open on Sunday nights

Great place to stay
I was completely relaxed and comfortable...had all the amenities needed to prepare for flight and getting a few days of needed things done...the staff, all professional and accomodating....will definetly stay again when in the area...

Nice hotel, poor service
I booked online and wasn't given a choice to select a king bed. I requested one at check in and was told there was no way to change the reservation. Poor customer service at check in. Will not stay there again.

Great Hotel friendly people awesome
Great Hotel friendly people awesome service! Love the soft towels you are one of the very few hotels that have soft towels. Very clean rooms very helpful staff who were friendly and happy - great to see! Will definitely stay again!

great hotel
We spent 3 days in Great Falls and had a great stay at the Hilton, the room was very comfortable the staff was freindly and the bar was good.

very Good no issues!!!
We shopped when we were in Great Falls and had a great time. I did forget a jacket in the room after check out, and Thanks to the Hotel they had it put away for me when I returned 2 hours later. thanks

Disappointed
Lounge closed on Sundays??
Was in town for Dr. appt. Would of liked to have an after dinner drink with my husband but was unaware lounge is not open on Sundays

Good on the Road Stay
We slept and ate because we were on the road. It would be nice to have a free breakfast with our stay. The hotel was a lot nicer then we expected. Great!

Probably one of the wprst hotel experiences i have ever has. Although the hotel could have done a better job your company Orbitz has lost me as a future client forever because of the way the reservation was handeled and the incompetence of you customer service department including the "supervisor". Just pathetic service. I would never allow people that I dealt with to be on the phones with my customers
