New Hotel, old problems
When entering the room the first thing I noticed was how lumpy the bed looked. I've seen that before, it's when they wash the quilts and the batting balls up. It didn't effect our comfort only the aesthetics of the room. The second thing I noticed was how poor the window in the room worked. It's a good thing I'm a strong girl because for a new(ish) window it worked terribly. Lastly, both of us were disappointed in the lack of ventilation in the bathroom. I've noticed this in a few of the newer hotels. I guess they installed in-line fans but they don't hardly work and the mold on the shower tile proved it. Overall it was a comfortable stay and clean. We would've liked a fridge in the room but that wasn't a deal breaker.

The room was completely removed from other rooms so it was very easy to take our dog outside. Very clean and quiet room. However, no maid appeared but we really didn't need one. We only slept there as we had a family gathering to attend. Definitely will stay there again.

Hampton Inn - Great Falls MT
Very typical Hampton Inn. We stay at Hampton for its consistency and this location was no different. The service is friendly, the rooms are clean, linens are clean and of a good quality, furniture and bathrooms are in good condition. We didn't take advantage of any amenities such as pool, breakfast or shuttle though all were offered to us.

Quick Trip Great Time
Mom, sister, and I traveled to Great Falls from Missoula to help celebrate close friends Golden Anniversary. The Hampton was our first choice. Mom and I had stayed their before and loved the comfortable room and beds. The staff was as friendly and helpful as last time. We will certainly use the Hampton again.Thanks [...] for the bargain price!

love the location
The Hampton Inn in Great Falls Montana, was very easy to find and access. Across the street from the newest shopping and resturants, Market Place. Staff was so very nice and quick getting us checked in. The room was exceptionally clean. All in all it was a great stay.
