Gateway to Yellowstone
Wonderful location and very quiet room. Staff was exceptional especially staff at check in. Breakfast choices were wonderful and the lobby seating enabled us to meet interesting other guests. The free breakfast saved us time and money. We used the table and chairs in front of our room to watch for wildlife outside the park. Only negative point was the hard bed.

Beware
I paid more than $100 for the smallest room I have ever stayed in anywhere, including Europe. It made Motel 6 look like a luxury hotel. There was 1 double bed, which took up most of the room. There was a small desk/work area, but I had to move my chair every time my wife needed to get to the bathroom. I requested a non smoking room, got a smoking room. They blamed it on the internet booking.

Best Stay Our Entire Vacation
Traveling on a budget to Yellowstone National Park was a challenge. This hotel was by far the cleanest and most comfortable one we stayed in. The included breakfast was delicious with eggs and rosemary potatoes in addition to biscuits and gravy, toast, cereal, french toast, and fresh fruit. Also had a nice guest laundry and arcade. The only complaint I have is paying for ice--but I guess it discourages people from filling up their large coolers. The hotel is located only about a mile from the north entrance of YNP and in walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Yellowstone Park North Travelodge
Small cramped rooms, extremely overpriced. Small old fashion televisions with few channels. Uncomfortable beds, broken vending machines.

Perfect end to a day of travel.
We arived at the hotel after a long day of travel. The desk person was very friendly and gave us good suggestions for places to eat. The accommodations werevery nice. We chose Gardiner for its location close the the north entrance to Yellowstone. Breakfast the next morning was very good. All in all a good experience

Going to Yellowstone - only need a bed
If you are like us, you will spend all time not sleeping in Yellowstone Park. Not much need for anything besides a comfortable, clean bed. Good breakfast, refrigerator in room are pluses.

"Close to North Entrance of Yellowstone"
Location of hotel was perfect to near north entrance of Yellowstone Park. Hotel is nearby stores, restaurants and other local amenities. While staying at this hotel we went to Yellowstone National Park, traveled to all four entrances. The manager from the hotel received us with a handwritten card in the room. Office staff were welcoming and polite. I disliked their housekeeping services as they left door open on two nights and were had to be reminded to replace hygiene items. Overaal experience was satisfactory.
