Good and not so good
Great location, pleasant enough staff. Arrived after check in time at hotel, had to find a clean room. Low and behold when we (as in me and (3) 17 yaer old girls)there were empty beer cans in the room, used soap on the bathroom sink and used soap/shampoo in the shower. UGH..... so you would assume the shower or bathroom sink weren't clean. Gross...

Charged twice!
As you know I paid for the room at the time of booking. When I checked in the clerk said I was paid in full. When I made an early morning check out the clerk insisted I pay saying the funds were never collected until the time of check out. I had a grear distance to travet to catch a flight and didn't have time to argue. She said she had never heard of Orbitz. Please advise how to proceed in getting my refund on the second payment.

Trip back to old home town.
Back to home town.
I am familiar with the old hotel and it was not so good. It has been remodeled and refurbished and it is very nice. Had an excellent meal there with good service.
