Saba for the first time
One night stop over
We were looking for a clean and comfortable room to stay in after picking our son up at the airport coming in on a late flight. This place was nice enough, for those purposes. A little hard to find at night, but not a real big problem. The morning buffet was fair. They could stand to run it a bit longer than cutting it off at 9am.

Dated and over priced
Regretfully, I made the reservations before I saw the hotel. The front desk woman who checked us in was unfriendly bordering on rude. The room was very dated although clean enough. The pool was cold and there was no hot tub. We will never stay here again.

Very unsafe
Stayed here during the week of Dec 14-19. a woman by myself Card reader for the outside entrance doors & my room was broken the whole time. Consequently when I got back to the hotel,( usually it was dark & the temp was in the 20's, I had to walk around the outside of the building to reception & ask to be let into my room with their key & when I asked to be moved closer to reception so I wouldn't walk outside in the in the dark or for a different room I was told no rooms available. The cleaning staff were very good though.

Undercover CEO Needs To Visit This One
You have a wonderful staff, it's just too bad the building is so rundown. The wallpaper was bubbled, throughout, wood pieces broke off and carpeting had holes in it on the stairs. As I stated the staff was wonderful, it's just needs overhauled. Undercover CEO where are you...not in Butte, MT

Decent, but some problems
The hotel was clean and the room was pretty nice. But, my 4 year old son waited all day to go in the pool and it was FREEZING cold. The clock radio in the room was stuck with the radio on. The shower was either way too hot, or way too cold and was impossible to adjust properly. The key cards for the room stopped working after the first night, which was a hassle. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, but wasn't maintained well, and on Sunday they closed it at 8:30 a.m., while on other days it was open until 9:30 a.m. There were three vending machines and none of them worked. The staff was not overly helpful with any issue. The hotel is older and frankly was not worth what we paid for it. We won't be staying here again.

SCARY START....NICE ENDING
The property was nice and the rooms were spacious. The toilet was broken, so front desk let us use another room and took off half the price. The breakfast buffet was very good...I would stay again because the front desk/manager understood the bathroom issue was a major problem...overall would stay again.

Horrible
My wife and I atended a conference. The wireless was down for over an hour. There was no hot water for a shower. The bathroom is barely large enough to close the door behind you. They ran out of breakfast. Children were running up and down the halls all night long. The remote control for the TV didn't work. The cleanup staff did not replace washcloths. The heating unit was very noisey.
