Wingate by Wyndham Bozeman

Don't be fooled. This hotel is outstanding and a bargain for what you get. We've stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels that have not exhibited the hospitality and customer service that this Wingate staff provided. They were attentive in every way, making sure we were comfortable and that the room was exactly what we wanted. We even received a complimentary gift bag which was also followed-up by an in-room phone call asking us if everything was satisfactory. The accommodations are nice and the room was kept exceptionally clean. They take pride in presenting a very clean room which is refreshing. We would definitely stay at the Wingate again and were so appreciative of the service we received.

The Wingate is great for Bozeman travelers. It's close to the center of town but not directly in town. It has an indoor pool and jacuzzi to help relax away the pains of travel of skiing and the staff is always professional and courteous.

The room size was great, workout room was good but very small and the equipment was in need of serious maintenance. Didn't get a chance to visit the pool, but it looked nice. The room was a great size and very clean. Wish they would have had non-down pillows because they squished very flat. The beds were just okay. Besides that, there was a great continental breakfast, the staff was great and allowed us to check-in 4 hours early so we could get ready for a wedding, and the hotel was very quiet despite the amount of cars in the parking lot. I would definitely stay there again due to the value.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The overall experience at this hotel was great. Large, clean rooms and the staff was extra friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great as well! I rented a car because I was in town for a wedding, but they have an airport shuttle if you need it. The location was great, within walking distance to target and several other stores. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend!

[...] I checked into the hotel and the desk clerk had difficulty finding us a room and then gave us a room with no air conditioning. Had it not been so late at nite I would have cancled and gone to another hotel. Likewise the cost for the hotel is more than what I would have paid had it been on my own dime. I do not believe I will use a discount (?) website in finding my next hotel. No consideration was attempted in sleeping in a room with no A/C.Sincerely,[...]

The room was clean, amenities were good, front desk staff extremely helpful with directions etc. and the hot complimentary breakfast was good. Beds were very comfy and cozy. The only negative comment was that our room was left open by housekeeping staff two times during our stay. Our door wouldn't latch unless pulled tightly so it was easy to not shut it unless you checked. Fortunately they refunded a full night's stay out of the five to compensate for this grievous error. After all, safety and security of guests belongings should be a priority for all staff at a hotel. I'd stay there again and recommend to a friend.

Purpose of trip was sightseeing that was an add-on to a business trip to Helena. This hotel had a great location near Bozeman, clean and comfortalbe, everything in working order, courteous staff, and a generous hot breakfast included. A terrific value!

There for a wedding anniversay celebration. Close to the airport and the hotel was very helpful. I recomend this property without hesisation.

[...] in the breakfast area was fantastic! She never let our table of 6 have any trash and even offered to refill coffee or juice. Great suggestions for dinner as well.Only issue was with the lights in the room, connections were not good so light would turn on or off on it's own.
