Nice room, comfy bed
I appreciated that the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. I could not hear noise outside of the room. Wish the breakfast beverages included soda.

Great friendly hotel
The hotel was better than we expected. The whole hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of options and very good. Something for everyone... especially picky kids. We went swimming with the kids. The pool was quiet, clean and fun. The room was nice and comfortable. We really liked the location. It's in a quiet area, but just minutes from all the shopping and dining downtown. I highly recommend this hotel. We will definately stay here again.

Don't stay here.
We felt that because we were [...] customers we were treated badly. When we tried to check in at 3 pm, we were told we had to wait until 4 pm because they had so many customers ... but, the parking lot was empty. Desk clerk was aloof and cold. Two other staff at the desk were demeaning when spoken to at the same time. Did not ask customary question like "how many keys would you like?" Later we asked for a one hour late check out, same desk clerk acted like we had asked for the moon and was doing us a favor. Housekeeper played her radio loudly while cleaning the room next to us, waking us up.Overall, customer service seemed the least of their concerns. Will not stay here ever again, and in fact will avoid the entire chain.

Billings Hampton Inn & Suites
This hotel is very nice. It seems to be quite new. There is a huge Holiday convenience store right next door with just about anything you might need. When we come to Billings, our favorite restaurant, The Rib & Chop, is right next door. The great complimentary breakfast in the hotel saved us some money. I highly recomend this hotel.
