Just me and my dog

I just wanted to have a place to rest and relax for two days that was away from all the normal hustle and bustle of my somewhat frenetic daily schedule.I have stayed in some Motel 6's that were somewhat less than nice. This room was delightfully clean and comfotable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I missed a coffee pot but there was a place very close where I was able to get a good cup. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.Thanks!!!

cheap in Tupelo

cheap hotel. no alarm clock,microwave,iron or refrig. in room. Very low budget experience.

Well managed

This is an inexpensive hotel. It is not going to have much in the way of amenities. But what it does have is great management. They care about the experience of there clientele. For this reason alone, I would recommend this place.

Scary

I found this motel very unsettling. The staff did not know England was a country!! The shower curtain was dirty, they had no hairdryers, the outside of the whole place needed a fresh coat of paint. And at about 10 pm the company next door started loading trucks, very noisily! And I did not feel safe.

Not worth it

We arrived around midnight; the check-in girl seemed more interested in talking to her friend than helping me get checked in - and she needed serious computer training. We got to the room - which wasn't bad at first glance except that the carpet was stained. When I went to the sink to brush my teeth, there was a pubic hair in the corner by the sink. Needless to say, I was thoroughly disgusted. The next morning, the first thing I noticed about the shower was that there was mold on the shower curtain. As someone who is allergic to mold, that didn't sit too well with me, either. The next night, there were kids (teens) running up and down the walkway yelling and being very loud. Oh, and the drain in the sink didn't work properly either. And they do not have shampoo in the room - if you want that, you have to ask for it at the desk. All in all, it was not what I would call a pleasant experience, and I don't plan to stay at this hotel again in the future.

great managers but very loud even by workers

cost is sufficent location is good but the noise was way too much plus the cable wasnt all that good. if you can sleep through a tornado then this is your spot!
