Booked this room months ago to visit my son and his wife and to attend a motorcycle rally in Sturgis, MS that was later cancelled. Great place, nice room and location. The lounge in the lobby was very relaxing and had great food.

Nice Place to Stay
I wish the rest of my trip in Starkville was as nice as the hotel. Really enjoyed the hot tub (though I think it should have been 24 hours) and really liked that there was a guest laundry facility there. I did not get a US Today newspaper in front of my door because I booked through Orbitz. That was disappointing.

Great hotel
Difficult to locate, would have given them 5 stars. Very clean, well run hotel. General Manager [...] is a very likeable character and is always ready to assist you. Beds are awesome. Definitely a must stay if traveling to the Starkville area.

overpriced..
nice hotel. Very overpriced! would have been nice if breakfast was included. not within walking distance to food or shopping.

Not Great
The hotel is fairly new, in a great location, and the staff was extremely nice...however, the TV didn't work and I had to get help from the front desk and was told by phone to unplug the TV for a few minutes then plug it back in and see if it worked. It did, but I had to move a very heavy TV cabinet to get to the plug and could have hurt my back by doing so. The hotel boasted of Sleep Number mattresses... one side was stuck on the highest number and wouldn't deflate at all. By two o'clock in the morning my body was hurting from the hard mattress and we called the front dest again for assistance, but this time we got none. We were told that they couldn't move us to another room because they were full and didn't offer to send anyone to help fix the mattress...probably didn't have anyone available at that time of night. There was a lot of door slamming through the night which made it difficult to sleep. Long story short...Not Great.

Unbeatable hotel
Traveled to see family and stayed here. When you walked in the door you were greeted and welcomed. The beds were so comfortable I didn't want to get up! The rooms were clean and fresh. Location was only a few miles from restaurants and entertainment. Would recommend to anyone seeking a hotel in the Starkville area!

Rest and recreation
Attended MSU graduation. I loved the room and the breakfast. Mostly the staff was very accommodation. I requested a newspaper but could never get one. I would recommend it to friends. The elevator seemed to be out of order a lot which seemed odd for a new hotel.

Linda Likes Her Comforts
I wanted to stay longer!
The hotel was beautiful, spotless, smoke-free (a real plus) and the room was well decorated and very comfortable. The beds were the most comfortable ever with crisp sheets and great pillows. The service was excellent with a friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.
