Clean, cheap rates... Always a friendly staff... Will stay here again... Comfortable and safe place

We had no problems with our stay here.Did not take advantage of the free breakfast though- it was cook your own waffles. There is a Waffle House across the street. Room was clean and served our needs quite well

This was a VERY nice place to stay while my wife and I were visiting family! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff was polite and kept everything in order. Location was great to visit Memphis,TN and West Memphis,AR. We will definitely be staying here when we visit again!

It was good for price. The clerk at the desk was very nice. Bathroom needed work. No toilet seat cover and water run slow in shower but it was ok. Stayed at a key west in Alabama and it was much different. The bed was very comfortable and room was fine. But either which way you couldnt beat the price. Best price in town considering there was a big event going on.

Hotel has strong (bad)smoky smell. Even though I pre-paid, I got bumped to another room type. Facility in need of maintenance on shower head, missing smoke detectors, etc. Fair amount of noise from the hall. Had difficulty getting receipt on [...]. When I asked the hotel, Hotel refused to provide. However, they stated if I was having trouble getting one from [...], they would fax me one. (Yet, I just told them i was having trouble and they would not hand me one right there at check out). There are too many other hotels, including one next door, in the same price range or for a few dollars more to waste time with this one.

Hotel has a bad smoky smell. Several items, shower head, smoke detector, in need of repair. Bumped me from my pre-paid room to another type. Didn't get a receipt [...]Too many other hotels at near the same price (including one next door) to bother with this one again.

the nice room on my trip... the hotel had a lot of dogs and I was not aware that we had some many on the frist floor... should have been told at check in... I could have stay on the second floor... front desh cleck was nice but seem a little lost at his job on sunday mroning... did not get a check sheet when i left like other hotels

At first glance we were very pleased with accommodations that weren't a chain. However, the staff was not real friendly, not rude, but not as friendly as other places we've stayed. The mattresses in our room needed updated. They weren't very new, probably about 10-15 years old. The BIGGEST complaint is they do not have traction strips in the shower and both of my daughters (ages 6 and 9) fell. When we said something it was like "Oh well". I was very upset in the fact either of them could have been really hurt. Fortunately they weren't. But what about the next child or adult. When I showered, I made sure I didn't move around too much so that I wouldn't fall. Breakfast was also OK, the typical pastries, watered down OJ and the waffles were OK, but the batter was also watered down so that it was not baking the waffles as good as it could. Would I stay here again, probably not, since after getting to the area there were so many other choices. Many of those choices are off of Goodman Road off of 55 which also had many eateries by them.

We stayed at this hotel while on a long, 2-day road trip. We were delayed and checked in at 2:30 am, and they were very accommodating. Basic hotel. No frills. Great price.
