Good and bad
The room was comfortable; business friendly; bed was very good. However, the shower did not work (but I settled for a bath) and the toilet stopped up on my second day. Rather than gather up all my items, etc., I lived with it. I told the desk to put in an order for a plumber as I checked out. Hopefully they did. Also, some of the front desk personnel were good with customers; some were not. Need better training on ALL...to smile and greet guests...and at least pretend that you are glad to see them. Breakfast was great.

Good Location for getting around.
Visited family and looked for housing in the area to see if I would be interested in moving there. The Hotel was nice but the parking was a little tight. The restaurant was nice but the food could have been better. Other than that I liked it.

"Great Stay"
It was a great location. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Great rooms, pool, and food. I was a little disapointed with how little parking there was and that you had to pay for breakfast if you wanted anything other than bagles, pastries, or fruit, but overall the hotel was awesome so it didn't really matter. I thought the microwave and refrigerator in each room is a great thing. The adjustable firmness of the beds was also great. This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Sthvn/Mmphs restful/relaxing
The ONLY negative was the smoke smell in a couple of the rooms. I reserved three rooms and my brother-in-law coming for the graduation ceremony (in Memphis)reserved another. Out of the four reserved 'non-smoking' rooms, two still had the smoke smell. The hotel was full (bookings for baseball tournaments) and we were unable to change rooms. OVERALL, we enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others!

Convenient to Family Reunion
The directions to the hotel were not clear. People at two service stations could not help with the address. We drove South on I55 and did not see the hotel. It was 1/4 mile off the main road, down behind a Walmart. The hotel room was excellent. The service was great and convenient for the family reunion. Trying to find the hotel was the biggest challenge. The hotel is also facing the back side of JC Penney's in the adjacent mall.

Too expensive for what you get.
The ice maching and the drink machine on 2nd floor did not work. The room was no real clean and they have great white covers on the bed that have obviously been washed one time too many and look terrible.

Was suprised they did not have a coseirge. It was located in a shopping mall(wierd). The food nearby was less than enjoyable. The food in memphis was fabulous!
