Very helpful and friendly staff
The staff was very accomodating and friendly going out of their way for me. Charles the shuttle driver especially. I was here for a business trip and they were great to assist me in getting around without a rental car. The rooms were average and could use a little update but sufficient. Comfortable bed. Near many restaurants and some shopping if wanted. Unfortunately I did not have time for any sights, so not sure on location for this. Convenient from airport and very close to where my business was located.

Comfortable for what it cost
We were in town for the game. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Plenty of shopping around and food. Old Navy,Wal-Mart,Steak House (can't remember the name), IHOP, Chilli's, plenty of fast foods, movie theater, etc.....even though we were near the airport we could not hear the planes flying right above. Staff was friendly

Baseball Mom
Perfect baseball weekend!
I booked my room last minute from the rest of my son's baseball team and was in the hotel right next door. It could not have been in more perfect! My room was facing theirs and finding everywhere we needed to be was a piece of cake!!

Best location for my needs
The room was comfortable, desk clerks friendly and helpful, breakfast adequate and amenities very good. Only complaint was the faint cigarette odor in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. This aggravated my allergies so I decided to relocate to another hotel the following night.

Greeted by friendly check in staff. room ready when requested and was clean, fresh smelling. Fresh linens and soft towels. Would recommend to any traveler.

Fairfield Inn and Suites-Southhaven, MS

Fabulous Hideaway
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. It was very peaceful and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a nice, clean pool. The location is a shopper's paradise! The location is also a food lover's dream. There was so much to do and it was all in walking distance! There is a wonderful movie theater nearby. Great place for a single person, family, or couple!
