Great Accomodations and Service
I stayed at the Tunica Roadhouse April 01-04, 2012 on a business trip. The staff was cheerful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that my visit was without any problems. Check in took less that 2 minutes and I was on the way to my room. The room was exactly as I needed it and everything worked flawlessly. The hotel restaurant offered excellent meals and the surrounding hotel/casino's also offered a variety of meal options. I would recommend this hotel/casino as an excellent place to visit for any traveler wanting to enjoy luxury accommodations at a reasonable price. Check out was even faster - just walked by the front desk and told them my room number and continued on my way.

Great bathroom!!! The bathroom is just as big as the room. The only bad thing I'll say is room has no microwave.

Great Couple Getaway

Housekeeping or there lack of
Room was filthy, not vacuumed, swept, or mopped, airconditioning vent clogged with dust, broken beer bottles in hall outside our room for over 24 hours, asked housekeeper to tidy our room when she came and asked if we needed anything and she laughed at us, we left for the day and came back to a dirty room, asked twice to get it cleaned before it was done but stll floors dirty.

This was a GREAT weekend get away!!! The room was pretty clean but could have used a little more shine on the glass and mirrors. Check in and Check out was a breeze...very nice staff!!! Room had the same set up as on line pictures just not the comforter on bed (white sheets and blanket only)

Needs new carptet. Hotel is all smoking, although room smelled okay. The hotel hallways all smelled funny like they had sprayed some chemical to cover up the smell of smoke. With the exception of the bellman the staff was fairly rude. There was no room service. Othere than the carpet the room was fairly clean, I just expected more from a "four star" hotel. We stayed here, but weren't interested in the casino, would probably have been better if we wanted to gamble.

Great value very friendly staff
really a nice hotel and very nice staff. The food was pretty good. The room had a nice king size bed and did not smell like smoke like other hotels in the area. I am very pleased with my stay

Nice rooms, a bit worn
It's hard to peg this hotel as at first glance the rooms are beautiful, loved the huge bathroom and hottub. If you look closer though the carpet is threadbare and the furniture really worn. Not a big deal for the price of the room. Hotel staff was very nice. Casino was not impressed with the staff, very few people in there.

Nice Hotel
