my experience was great but the night staff front desk needs lots of work lied about my room reservations,very nasty with me it was late but i called several times to tell them i would be late checking in.

The way it should be
Our stay at Trump International in Vegas was perfect. The staff must have positive customer service drilled into them (you're fired) because without exception they asked "what else can we do for you" after they had done what we asked. The hotel is a great deal compared to other luxury hotels in Vegas. Luxurious well designed rooms that were so insulated that you never heard noise, close to shopping and the other hotels make it perfect. The absences of a casino on site was actually a blessing as it had no smoke smell and little noise, but gambling was easily reached by a free shuttle to Ceasar's or Wynn.
