The hotel was very easy to find, friendy and efficient check-in service. Typical continental breakfast included. Located ... right on Casino Center Drive. Convenient to all the casinos. Room was clean and quiet, climate control and TV worked just fine.

The staff was nice & courteous, the rooms were spotless and quiet. The location was very close to all the casinos and across ... the road from the outlet mall. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone staying in the area. We were glad we chose to stay there instead of a casino hotel.The location was just great. Across the road from the motel were fast food restaurants and a convenience store.

The outlet mall was a disappointment because a lot of the stores have gone out of businesss. Other than a Dollar General the only other shopping available is in the casinos.

Rough Towels - Hard Beds!!

The staff person apparently was new and didn't quite know what she was doing, she kept trying to charge our credit card again ... althought I kept telling her we had pre-paid! Finally the more knowledgable staff person finished her phone call and was able to assist us. The bed was very hard!!! The towels were terrible---I was afraid to use them because they looked as though they had already been used, not washed and just hung up for the next person!!! They were very, very shabby!

We were pleased with our stay. WE found the staff friendly and helpful, on giving directions to nearby points of ... interest.... Our GPS like others that stayed there did not place the address location correctly. It placed the address a mile above the location. Should advertise located across from Cottages.

When we arrived at our hotel the staff were not very professional. They did not welcome us or intorduce their selfs. The room ... was not very clean there was something on the bottom of the bed and the wall. It was very hot inside the room. The springs must have been in need of replacement but instead on one side they were turned upside down. And the other side was fine. It was a king size bed so that is the only thing I can come up with for one side being hard as a rock and the other normal. I did look to see what in the world could be making it so uncomfortable and it was just the bottom side of the springs turned up. The ice bucket had hair in it. The staff at the front desk did not even speak to me and my partner when we came into the lobby one morning and we were the only ones there. Did not ask us if we enjoyed our stay. I was not impressed at all. I understand it was a cheaper hotel but there are still certain standards that you should meet.

AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN,THE ATMOSPHERE IS CLEAN AND COMPFORTALE.THE STAFF WAS KIND AND VERY HELPFUL TO US NEW COMERS.THE ROOM ... WAS SPOTLESS AND HAD A BACK DOOR THAT LED DIRECTLY TO THE POOL AND WORKOUT AREA WHICH ALSO WAS CONVENIANT.MY WIFE AND I LOVED OUR STAY.

The checking in process was fine. The room was not all that great. I noticed that there were cigarette burns in the bedding ... and the towels were dingy looking. The pool was covered the first day we got there. The next day it was uncovered and the water looked green. This was not a good experience at all and I would not recommend it. The only thing I can say is that there was complimentary breakfast.

The American Best Value Inn was very comfortable. The room was clean and very spacious. There weren't any dirty towels as ... you would fine at some hotels. The staff was very friendly. The staff made you feel as if you were at home.

The Americas Best Value Inn, ROBINSONVILLE, MS, was a great value. The rooms were clean & the bed was very comfortable. Staff ... was very helpful and allowed us a late check out since we arrived late the night before. Great place to stay when you can't get a room in the casinos.
