I had come to the Jackson are on business for a church conference and had reservations apecifically for a non-smoking room but woman at the front desk put me on the smoking floor. Unacceptable!! I asked to be moved to another room and it took 45 minutes for me to be placed in a room for the handicapped. This hotel does not even register with any other that I have been in.

"The good, the bad, and the really ugly"
The lady that check us in and stayed at front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE. Acted like it was a pain to give us directions to local places to eat and attractions. Morning staff was great and breakfast was plentiful Hotel is a little out dated.

Great trip!
We didn't know what to expect. Our stay was perfect, quiet, breakfast that we would not have gotten at the other, friendly staff. Overall great trip.

Poor location
The hotel entrance is difficult to find, I actually had to make several passes before I could find it. The hotel staff was unfriendly and seemed bothered by my patronage.
