Terrible
We had awful service at this hotel. The staff was not friendly. Our hotel stay consisted of cockroaches, dirty sheets, unclean room, a cold shower, and no TV. I wouldn't suggest this hotel.

Business trip
The staff seem to be incomptent. At check in they never were able to check me in and provide a receipt at check out. The bathroom was not clean and the towel rack fell off the wall.

The hotel was located right off the interstate, it was exactly as we had reserved. Entering the room i immediatly noticed how immaculate the room was and i notice everything! The area we had breakfast in was lovely and also spotless. Staff is obviously on point. The bed was very comfortable and although warm not weighed down with heavy bedding. No nasty stray hairs on anything, which is rare. Shampoos and lotions were name brand quality. New type of coffee maker, one cup portions directly into your cup. Our room had a whirlpool next to the bed and a flat screen tv. If i was ever in the area again it's where i would stay.

Nice Hotel, Not So Nice Breakfast
The hotel was comfy, bathroom was clean, towels were fluffy, and staff was friendly. My only complaint was the quality of the hot breakfast; it was horrible. They should just stick to a continental type fare.

No housekeeping
Met a friend in Memphis for a "girls only" weekend. The hotel was nice except that we had no room housekeeping service. The staff knocked on our door at 10 am. We informed the housekeeper that we would be leaving in a "few minutes". Somehow, she took that to mean that we did not want our room cleaned. Don't know how she figured that but perhaps the hotel should employ people who can actually speak AND UNDERSTAND the english language! The front desk staff were great and did what they could to make up for the disappointing housekeeping staff.

Great stay
We were there for the Southaven High School graduation and the Olive Branch location was perfect. The hotel staff was very pleasant and accomodated our requests. I would definately stay at this hotel again when the time comes.
