wasn't smoke free
We booked a non-smoking room. The desk clerk told us it was. IT WASN"T! Also, the electronic lock didnt work. A guy had to come work on it before we could enter the room. What a pain for a one day stay!

Don't stay here.
I would not reccommend this hotel. We had 3 adults registered and only had towels/wash cloths for 2 people. Our beds were not made. The comforter was pulled up. Sheets were not straightened (just as we had left them when we got up), pillows not straightened (still in same position as when we got up). The mirror was not cleaned (water spatters from AM). The counter for continental breakfast was dirty and mess not cleaned up from early morning spills.

Food at Denny's was great and really close by. All other food was fast food only in the area close by the hotel.

Poor service
Upon my arrival to this hotel I was provided my room key but when I tried to gain access to the room the door lock was broken and their maintenance personel wasnt able to access the room resulting in transferring me further away from the location needed for the scheduled event I was there for.

Average
Hotel is average but not worth the money we paid. There were still dirty towels from the previous tenants on the floor under the bathroom sink and the hotel information booklets had dried up food stuck to it. Otherwise I'm thankful we had a roof over our head and a bed to sleep in. Actually, the bed was more comfortable than I expected it to be. Will probably stay else where next time.

(1)visited friends in area (2)Room : (a) Had not been dusted for weeks,a thick layer of dust accross top of TV, mirror and Microwave. (b) was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like old burned tobacco, there was an old large ash tray on the TV. (c) poorist of the three (3) Hotels we have stayed in before in the area.

The woman who checked us in was not very friendly. There were only two very small, stained towels and no wash cloths in the room. The hot and cold on the shower was backwards. It took us 30 minutes to get someone to help us figure out what was wrong and it almost made us late for our show.

Adequate lodging
Quick stay for a business meeting. Not anything fancy, but adequate. Evening desk clerk was friendly and very helpful.
