Waited till last minute to book

Considering we waited till the last minute to book a hotel in Natchez for the hot air balloon festival, we were fortunate to get a hotel. This hotel was lower end but clean. The price was very high, but understandable due to the weekend we went. They do allow pets for an additional charge of $10/night which was nice.

Just a Place to Sleep

I did not expect this hotel to look as it did. It looks very cheap. For $59 I expected it to look a little better. Neither of the lamps by the bed worked. The toilet looks like one from grade school where you have to flush it with the silver handle. I flushed those toilets with my feet. I didn't have any problems. I guess because I was gone the whole time but when I came in, I didn't sleep very well. The air conditioner continuously made a disturbing noise. This hotel was not what I expected but the staff was friendly.

More than expected...

We frequent Natchez often and this is the first time we stayed at this particular hotel. We usually stay at the Days Inn, but a recent stay there forced us to look for another place to stay. The location is very convenient (if you have a car), and the price is a steal to what you get. Friendly staff, extremely clean rooms, fresh linens everyday. They do not have a pool which cuts down on noise. I will most definately stay here again.
