The Good and The Bad

I was mainly visiting a family member in the hospital but when I arrived later at the hotel and getting prepared for the bed. I noticed that the sofa bed still had dirty linens on and I didn't have any fresh linens to put on it nor pillows. The housekeeper was evidently rushing that day because crumbs was left on the counter around the stove and toaster. Hair was even on the floor in the bathroom.However, the housekeeper for the night gave me freshly clean linens and she was upset because she stated that this is always a problem with the day crew.Since I went through [...] for the reservation, I was told that they couldn't make any adjustments to my bill or shall I say, the manager didn't even try. They just told me to call back on Monday!! I thought that customer satisfaction was always first??? Well, at this hotel its whenever the manager get back............

First Class Service at an Affordable Rat

The hotel staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our request for plastic tableware. The rooms were very clean with granite counters & quite spacious compared to rooms in other hotels we stayed at recently. I would recommend this hotel to others.
