Nice place to stay

Good for the price
Good continental breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. TV channel card did not match channels available. Room door did not seal well - could feel breeze blowing in around cracks. Good value for what we paid for a basic room. Ice machine broken on our floor.

Great value
Overall, a great place. Only real problem we had was with our dog. The hotel was listed [...]as 'pet friendly,' but when we arrived we were told dogs had to be 12 lbs. or smaller. Our dog is fairly small, only 23 lbs., and fortunately the receptionist allowed us to stay, although she charged us an extra $20/night. The extra fee was fine, but she was unclear about whether this was standard, but just not advertised, or whether this was because our dog was over the weight limit. Anyway, I wouldn't call the hotel 'pet friendly' -- maybe 'somewhat pet tolerant.' But still, overall a great hotel.

Pleasant surprise!
This was a nice overnight stop. Side tracking to Gulfport on our way to Flordia. Our Rooms were nice and clean. The beds were really queen size and confortable. The pool area was clean and inviting. All 4 kids went for a swim after breakfast. The breakfast bar was great and had something for everyones taste. Enjoyed our stay. The price was great. Will stay here again.
