HOW TO KILL A TRIP WITH JUST ONE BITE
THE 1ST ROOM WE WHERE GIVEN COULD ONLY BE UNLOCKED WITH THE MASTER KEY...HAD TO BE MOVED. WE WERE TOLD TO OUR FACES THAT BREAKFAST WAS SERVED EACH MORNING AND THEN THE HOURS. WHEN WE DOWN THE NEXT MORNING TO EAT... THE BREAD AND ROLLS WERE SO OLD THEY WERE ROCK HARD. THE MILK WAS NOT ONLY HOT BUT HAD BECOME VERY CURDLED. THE COFFEE WAS COLD AND VERY, VERY OLD. THE WATER OF HOT TEA AND COCCO WAS COLD AND HAD LARGE BLACK OBJECTS IN IT. THE WAFFLE MIX WAS SPOILED FROM BEING LEFT OUT, THE APPLE JUICE NO LONGER CONTAINED APPLE JUICE. ALL IN ALL, THE FOOD WAS NOT FIT FOR MAN OR BEAST. THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE SEARCHING FROM FOOD FIT TO EAT, TWO EMPLOYEES WHERE SITTING BEHIND THE DESK WATCHING US. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE! THE TV'S IN THE ROOMS WERE NOT WORKING ON ALL CHANNELS AND THE STAFF THAT WAS NOT THEIR PROBLEM.

Really - no really really bad
The stay was OK but I am not going to stay at a Quality Inn & Suites never again. We had to swap rooms to get one that was suitable. Roaches and Water bugs inside and around door. Elevator smells like oil or some petrolem product. Dayshift front desk was not very friendly - Evening shift was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK.

VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY
THE QUALITY INN AND SUITES WAS A REALLY NICE HOTEL. THE SUITE WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. I LIKED THE FACT THAT THE BATHROOM WAS SEPARATE FROM THE VANITY AREA AND THERE WAS A SINK WITH A NICE COUNTER SPACE AND THERE WAS ADEQUATE SPACE FOR HANGING CLOTHES. THE LOCATION WAS NICE. I ENJOYED MY ROOM GREATLY!!!
