Quality Inn & Suites Southwest

Rooms were super clean, staff was very professional and accomodating. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!!!

We just spent 1 night on cross country trip. Was very relaxing and convenient to highway and shopping. Good breakfast.

awful location,was not worth my family feeling unsafe. We stayed up for half of the night very concerned for our safety and finally decided at 11pm to leave and go to another hotel in a different location.The staff didn't seem too concern that we were leaving even after we explained the reasons.Lots of shady characters passing thru the parking lot almost like they were casing the guest vehicles including ours, which made us very uneasy.

The hotel bed was uncomfortable and the noice was bad. the "wake up" call did not come and they did not want to give me extra towels.

The room was dirty, the comforters on the bed looked like they had not been washed in years. the ironing board and the iron were both broken in one of the rooms.

I went down to MS to watch my school's football team play and stayed at the Comfort Inn Southwest. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. There wasn't much of a breakfast selection, but it was free and Ihop was within walking distance. I give this hotel a thumbs up overall.

Nice hotel with very good location. Our first bad experience came on the second day when housekeeping failed to return with clean towels as promised. We got back to the room later around midnight and still no towels, I had to go to the front desk to get towels. I also found out the rooms were reserved with the right name but wrong address, somewhere in Chicago, while we are from Florida.

The clerk really helped us out in a pinch about our room reservation. Things were resolved quickly and courteously. This was a good room, just could have been a little cleaner. Oh, and don't eat the boiled eggs for breakfast, we paid for it later in the day. Bed was comfortable, refrigerator and microwave were great to have. This is a great location to be close to Vicksburg.

I was extremely pleased with the staff. Since I had several of my grand-children, I phone the hotel when I was approxomitly 50 miles from the hotel nd informed them I would be arriving early and would that be a problem checking in. He assured me that would not be a problem and we were able to relax prior to going to the footbal game.
