GREAT, GREAT STAY
This was my first time visiting Hattiesburg, and this hotel was AMAZING. Great breakfast, indoor and outdoor pool, workout facility and the staff was very professional and friendly.

Good value, but not a 4 star hotel
Stayed in Room 317, a non smoking room with wet bar, and considered a suite, although if you think the suite is anything like a Embassy Suite you will be disappointed...basically a wide hall leading to the bathroom. The walls are paper like thin, and any noise travels through from all directions, the hall/next door/upper and lower floors....including the newlyweds next door! It was very clean, front desk staff friendly, but really not a 4 star as advertised property...and I travel for a living, spending over 1/2 of my time every year in hotels.

The couple books at gas stations, or direct calling (from waiting at the front desk while they quoted rates for the Sat I was checking out) were the same price as I received...and you will get Priority Club points unlike my rate...which was the same.

Friendly Staff. Great location!
The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The hotel was close to all major highways and was secluded enough to be quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

Kamper park Zoo is great for the family and very inexpensive. A family of 4 can go there and spend all day for under $20.00. (food included)

Needs maintenance
We had some plumbing problems: tub didn't drain well, no hot water, toilet didn't flush well. To the hotel's credit, we were moved to a better room when we complained, but they should never have rented a room in such condition in the first place.

Very nice stay
The front desk staff was very nice and the room was very clean. The layout of the room was a little awkward, but still comfortable. The breakfast hours were great for us, but the staff seemed disorganized and ill prepared for late morning customers. Located just off the highway so access was very good.
