Fully furnished apartment without extras built into pricing

Value Place, with convenient access to the airport, beaches, casinos, and shopping, offers longer-term guests an affordable, fully furnished apartment-style room. Guests live in comfort with a full kitchen, dining area, cable television, and on-site laundry facility. The "keep-it-simple" approach makes the weekly rate affordable, even for stays of less than a week. Extras, such as high-speed Internet access and more frequent housekeeping, are optional at additional cost.

Rooms

All guest rooms have cable television with at least one premium movie channel, alarm clock/radio, iron and ironing board, bed and bath linens, dresser, nightstand, dining table with two chairs, and fully equipped kitchen with two-burner stovetop, full-size refrigerator with freezer, and microwave oven. Rooms come with one or two full-size beds, or one full-size bed plus a sleeper sofa and coffee table. Standard housekeeping occurs every two weeks. To keep prices low, additional fees are charged for more frequent housekeeping, linen exchange, dish pack, coffeemaker, and high-speed Internet access.

Policies and Fees
  • Rates are priced for a minimum one-week stay and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged.
  • Room fees and a $100 refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The $100 deposit is charged upon move-in even if the room is placed on a credit-card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. No reservations after 3 p.m. on Sundays.

Value place Gulfport

No amenities at all. is more of a boarding house, not a airport hotel. No airport transportation, soap, shampoo, nor towels. All must be supplied by guest. Only provide 1 roll of toilet paper, no tissues. They only provide linen change once every two weeks. Occupent must remove own trash from room. Only part time office staff. People always hanging around out front. Must take taxi to restuarants. Rooms are "fairly" clean and recent however.

Great place to stay for the price

If your looking for an extended stay in or around Biloxi/Gulfport then this is the place for you. The hotels just 10 mins up the road go up by $150+ a week. It takes 15 minutes or so to get to all the casinos in the area, as well as keesler air force base, and the beach is literally a 2 minute drive from the parking lot. I stayed here for 2 weeks and if I'm ever in Biloxi/Gulfport again this is where I will be staying, the rooms are cozy just like your own personal studio apartment, the staff was very friendly. By far the best extended stay around this area, and TRUST ME you won't find anywhere around here that can beat their weekly rate price.

The buffet at Beau Rivage is a must! Go on a weekend because the price is only $5 more then the week days and you have almost double the food options...best buffet in Mississippi by far...price is $25 a person but it's more then worth it
