Ok I guess
Priced ok, but left much to be desired. I would probably return since its located near great shopping and restaurants.

Do Not Rent Here.
We arrived at the Hotel and seen a sign that said I'll be back in 10 minutes. Was advised the clerk went to the back to assist another person, I can live with that. Went into the room it had an order that never left. My family and I didn't stay long just dropping off the bags and left. We returned to the smoke alarm beeping every minute. After awhile went to the front office and spoke with the clerk about the situation. Was told it was the battery going bad but did not seem to want to get it changed until I told her my family or I could not sleep. I was then told someone would be there to fix it. Waited until 1:30 A.M. no one showed. Checked out the following morning and inquired as to way no one came, I was told someone did and no one answered the door. Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in.

The good, the bad, and the really ugly
Room had a funny smell. There were burn marks on the bed spread. Just not very impressed with my stay overall.

Disgusted about roaches
Americas Best Value Inn is a roach motel
They did not offer us a discount for killing their roaches. Instead they lied and said they offered to spray the room. That did not happen. Bring your own towels because if you ask the cleaning man for some, he asks for some cigarettes. The sheets also come off of the bed since they do not fit properly.

AMERICA
IT WAS OK, HOWEVER I STAYED AT A BETTER HOTEL FOR A CHEAPER PRICE THE NEXT NIGHT.

never again
Room was too small to hold two double beds...there were 3 people in this room..it was booked for 4! Why were there only 2 towels in the room? The remote wasn't working, it took 2 trips to the office. The toilet stopped up on our arrival...and the guy in the room next door had 3 dogs that woke us up at 7am on both mornings with their constant barking when he decided to leave them in the room alone. Upon arrival (Friday), we were told that the pool was closed until the next day, due to the water being treated! Wouldn't you think that would be done earlier in the week, when there are less travelers there? The check-in clerk was not very friendly, but the lady who helped with the remote was. I won't stay there again...too many problems.
