safe location and convenient to stay for a few nights. The bed was too soft though i dint ask for a replacement room, i couldn't sleep quite well on that

Loud and Expensive
We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites on the final night of a 10-day trip where we stayed five nights at three other hotels. The other hotels were great; this one, not so much. First off, the nightly rate was double what we paid elsewhere for nearly exact rooms. Why hotels in Clinton, MS are so expensive is beyond me. Pricing aside, the hotel experience was not good. The staff didn't seem very happy to be there, and this was very noticeable since we just stayed at three hotels with great staff. Second, we ended up in a handicap accessible room adjacent to the lobby. This led to a very noisy room when we checked in, but the best (or worst) was yet to come. We decided to sleep in and skip the complimentart breakfast. However, starting at the crack of dawn, the noise coming from the breakfast room right across from our hotel room was unbelievable. Sleeping was out of the question. This left us in a foul mood and we will seek a different room if we are located in such a place in the future.

A Great Stay
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well organized, though a little small. The hetel is inviting and pleasant. We will stay there again!

I signed up for smoking but arrived to a 100% smoke free building. I will not be signing up through your site without confirming smoking availability in the future...
