Great Weekend Stay
Bartenderr Aug 23, 2009
The hotel was perfectly located across from the beach and down the road from the location of a concert we were in town to ... see. All of the staff was very professional and extremely courteous to us. The room was beautiful and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept on in a hotel. Our stay there impressed us so much we have already made reservations to return!!

Support for it's former glory

This hotel was fine and the casino was a blast! I can't wait to revisit when Biluxi has returned to it's pre-Katrina glory. ... I've seen pictures from Treasure Bay prior to Katrina and I'm hope that type of rebuild is the long-term goal. The food was the only thing I'd skip on at the casino and try out some local restaurants. Hopefully, more of those will rebuild too. The service at Treasure Bay was great and I'd definitely stay there again!

Not a lot of local seafood restaurants that I could find easily, and some of those I could find required reservations so I recommend checking that out ahead of time.

Trip to the Gulf
gretdawg Aug 4, 2009
With the economy as it is, I really needed to get away and I knew we didn't have a whole lot of money (still don't), so I was ... leary when I saw this room cheaper than all the rest of the casinos in the area. It has been years since I have been to Biloxi and we usually stayed at one of the other casinos and were usually happy. So we were pleasantly surprised, when we got to the casino and saw that even though it was an older model, it was just as pleasing as the others.

"The good and ugly scoop"
Rod and Pam Jul 20, 2009
For the price you cannot beat the toward suites view of the Gulf at the Treasure Bay. The Hotel maids had the room spotless ... with plenty of towels. We had a great time in the casino. The table games staff were entertaining and filled with a wealth of knowledge of the city. This casino has the feel of a 5 star hotel casino at a economical great price. The pool setting is outstanding However this hotel suffer in the food department. They had a great menu but the food was terrible, mainly the buffet. If you like a great view of the gulf, spotless room and great staff this is the place to stay, however you will have to travel out for a better resturant for food. For the non-smokers, this is not Vegas. You're allowed to smoke in the Casinos in Biloxi and I'm a non-smoker, therefore be warned! I most certainly will stay at the Treasure Bay again.

A souvenir Shop is next to the Treasure Bay, almost anything you are looking for is here. Two floors of shopping. Look for the book title Before and after Katrina. It is about the city prior to Katrina and after. This book is filled with pictures. They're still rebuilding in biloxi. You will see many structure slabs where things once were. This book will give you your bearing and view how things was located. Oh yeah, did I mention that the Beach is across the street from the casino.

Nice stay
Erin Jun 16, 2009
Very nice room, nice staff, great location and good price. We went for the beach, not the gambling and then realized that ... Biloxi isn't known for its beaches. It was still really nice though, we had the whole beach to ourself (and it was right across the street from the hotel). The room was super nice, the bathroom was fantastic, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We got in super early in the morning, like 3am the dayafter we were supposed to check in. They were very attentive and helped us get settled in to our room quickly. I would choose this hotel again if we went to Biloxi for another vacation.

Mini Vacation
Dad Jun 1, 2009
We stayed for a mini vacation. There were 2 really nice pools that our child loved. The room and bathroom was larger than ... most hotels which was fantastic.(tv in room and bathroom) There are 3 restaurants to choose from in the building so we didn't have to travel just to eat. Very nice stay.
Traveler type: Family
Biloxi/Gulfport area still doesn't have a Putt-putt, waterslides,(except the waterpark by the I-10) amusement parks, go carts, etc. so it still really isn't family freindly. It's more of an adult stay area(casinos, etc.) until they rebuild more. So it was hard to find things for our small child to do.

Donald Nov 16, 2008
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Treasure Bay. We will return there hopefully very soon. The room was so very comfortable. ... Clean and peaceful. The only problem we have is the smell of cigarettes!! We wish someone would open a smoke free casino!!! The smell hits you as soon as you get to the front door of the casino. Well maybe one day there will be a place for us non-smokers.

Karen Jul 25, 2008
The room was larger than I expected and had a nice view of the Gulf, as well as access to a balcony with chairs and a small ... table. The bed was comfortable and the flat-screen television was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was considerably bigger than those in most hotels and there was ample room to spread out. The mini flat-screen television in the bathroom was a nice touch. There is an excellent restaurant on the top floor of the hotel that has a wonderful view of the Gulf and a delightful menu. The hotel staff were helpful and accommodating, and I would definitely stay here again.

Room was large and comfortable. Nice size bathroom. Restaurants were very reasonably priced. Pools were ... wonderfull and clean. Nice cabana's and chairs. Poolside bar was very nice. Casino was nice and drinks aplenty. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Would be nice to have better entertainment and place to dance. It was the only thing lacking.
