Great Value!
This hotel was a great deal for the rate. It is essentially a brand new hotel, great decor and best of all smoke free! The staff in the hotel were outstanding; very courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy, best night sleep I had in a long time. Of course we didn't come away winning at all but anyone who goes to a casino to win is delusional. The buffet was the biggest negative, definitely overpriced and not the greatest selection of foods. If you are a diabetic or on a low carb diet eat somewhere else.

I would try a different place in Bolioxi on my next trip.
When we booked smoking rooms were offere as an option. On arrival we were told the whole facility had become smoke free in May. They left a message on our phone to inform us after we had left to travel there. Who is at fault this website of the facility?

Biloxi
Well, the hotel booked me for two rooms,[...] but, since I went by myself, I couldn't have possibly needed but one. The bad news is that they are both on my credit card still and I got home yesterday. Also, the bed linens smelled SO bad that I turned off the air conditioner in the room and slept without them the first night. I left housekeeping a note and they did change them and the second night was comfortable. [...] did not tell me that the hotel was being renovated and that their only restaurant, other than a buffet was closed, that the parking garage only allowed you to enter through the casino, or that lots of the slot machines were being shut down earlier the first night that I was there and GONE the second. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper.

Great Stay
Great room at a good price. Was not the fist time that we stayed there. They are finshing up adding to the hotel, the new buffet was opening the day we left. The are also adding a 24/7 grill and sport bar, that was to open within a month and the new casino was to open in June(?). This will add alot to and already nice place.

OK
This was just a one day trip to biloxi just to get away for spring break. On arrival at the hotel, i ALMOST didnt go in. The construction made it look like a haunted house. Finally, we went in and found the we were the youngest people there...nothing but senior citizens. Then we went up to the room...definately nothing special about it but i guess it was clean. Wish they would tell you about the extra $100 they credit to your account...probably wouldnt stay there again...but thats just because my standards are a little high...and the PALACE just sounds flashy. The absolute best thing about this hotel is $3 BLACKJACK!!!
