Room was spacious, bathroom with jacuzzi tub roomy. The only bad thing we can say about the room was that the counter where ... the coffee pot was located had been damaged and not replaced.

I went to a Casino/Hotel to enjoy some time with friends. We recieve a call from the front desk at 10pm they stated they ... called the wrong room..two minutes later security called to say that we were being to loud. We were watching the end of a football game and talking in normal voices. We weren't loud or partying like rock stars. When I inquired about this call no one seemed to know anything about it. No apologies just a blank look from the front desk. If the walls are that thin in a casino resort then they need to invest in sound proofing.

The room was not a deluxe like [...] stated it was a standard room. However with an additional 40 bucks we were able to get a ... suite. The hotel was very nice the bed was soft and the Jacuzzi in the room was well used. The casino needs a no smoking are though after a evening in there we smelled like a couple of ash trays. I would recommend to anyone.

Valet parking is very good at this hotel! Friendly and fast! The casino had a good variety of machines at seperate locations ... throughout...very nice. The room was clean and updated...good size and expected ammenities. However the balcony was over a air conditioning unit so it was very loud out on the balcony...which was why I chose this hotel to begin with. The breakfast buffet offers many choices but none of them good...EVERYTHING tasted imitation and is not worth it...skip it! The dinner buffet was great!! Everyone was friendly and the place is clean! I do recommend this hotel and will be staying here again!

Everything was great at the Isle of Capri. Employees were super friendly. The room was impeccable. Great pillows and ... mattress on the bed. Very easy to get to. I had a mani/pedi at the spa and it too was superb. Would definitely go back to Isle of Capri.

The hotel was in a great location and the view of the gulf was fantastic. The only fault was that the windows need cleaning ... and the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything that is going on in the next room. The staff are fantastic and very helpful. Checking in was a breeze. The casino was excellent. The dinner buffett was excellent. We would stay here again.

we loved our stay except that the room had no toiletries that they remedied promptly but i was kinda grossed out when i ... pulled back the covers and found someone had sex in the bed and left the towel and stuff left under the main cover.......needless to say someone had to come remake our bed at 2am and i could have done without that :(

First time stay at this hotel and will surely be back! Great friendly service from all staff and plently of good food to ... enjoy. I got alittle confused upon arriving and checking in about going up esclator to check in and the desk downstairs was empty. It was truly wonderful.

Nice hotel at the eastern end of Biloxi. Got in around 11pm and couldn't tell where to park or enter hotel. Only entrance was ... thru smoky casino. Nice rooms and housekeeping did great job each day tidying up. Walls are thin though and woke up at 2am to neighbor vomiting next door. Could hear everyone talking in hallway at night. Other than that, staff was very nice and beds were soft. Would probably stay somewhere else just because this hotel is too huge and you have to deal with all of the other casino traffic just to go anywhere.

When riding the trolley between hotels, if you have your Medicaid Card, you ride for less on the trolley. Driver will ONLY except a Medicaid Card for proof of age.

Highly recommend checking the little coupons that the hotel gives you with your room key. There were coupons for the spa and restaurants included with the key. Would have been nice if that was mentioned by the staff during registration, but I guess they figured you would find it!

There are always live bands playing at the Lava Bar inside the Casino. Great entertainment, and you only have to walk to your room at the end of the night.

Stay here, gamble and eat elsewhere.Hard Rock Cafe and Treasure Bay are both better over all places to gamble and Boomtown buffet is head over heels better than the Isle of Capri. The wait is longer but well worth it and the wait staff at Boomtown exceeds the meal!
