the room was nice but for being listed as a four star hotel ....the lobby did not have four star people.... the service was ... ok., i was disappointed that at check in they did not know about the $25 guest pass toward their spa use.... so i did not receive that.....

Great evening buffet. Make sure to check out the happy hour specials at the High Tide sports bar. The non-smoking slots area ... was excellent and in a separate room. If you want to stay extra nights, you can book same day online and they will accommodate your request.

I was staying the night on my way to New Orleans. The casino had great prices on their table games and there is a fun bar in ... the hotel called CHILL with live music. I could see spending a full weekend there as they have a concert venue with some national acts that come through.

If your children aren't gambling age they have nothing to do. There isn't anything for them to do in the town either. The ... weather was to cold to go to the beach so my 18 and 20 year old found themselves in the room a lot.The buffet is very expensive at 22.00 each.

Check-in experience was very fast and efficient. Everyone was helpful. Great room for the price. However, if you do not ... like the smell of cigarette smoke this is not the place for you. The place reeked even the so-called non-smoking section of the casino which was very small and few gaming choices. There are other Biloxi casinos that have better ventilation systems.

One of the things about being at this casino was that there was another fun casino next door - Boomtown. For us it was walkable, but there is also a shuttle for $1.25 that takes you from casino to casino in Biloxi. You could even walk to the Beaurivage if you wanted, it was probably about a mile away.

The hotel is VERY LARGE. Be prepared for this when you stay. The casino is also EXTREMELY LARGE. The combination of the two means parking is wayyyyyyyy out there. The garage is a bit tight, but it's a very long walk so remember that when you load and unload your car.

great little breakfast joint on the ground floor of the hotel- got a massive carrot muffin and a large hot tea. all delicious and pretty darn affordable too.their room service for dinner (late dinner!) was also superb. crab cake salad and banana pudding for dessert. YUMMY!

Definitely stay in the hotel if you're going to a concert there--it makes it so convenient not to have to leave once the concert's over. The venue for the concert (Studio A) did not have a bad seat in the house either and their sound system is great!
