WATCH YOUR STEP==MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE
ALWAYS HAD A GOOD TIME WHEN WE WENT BUT LAST TRIP,,,GOT INJURED WHEN I PUNCHED HHOLE IN MY RIGHT SHIN. ASKED THE SECURITY CHIEF TO LOOK INTO AND 3 DAYS LATER HE CALLED AND SSAID NOTHING HE COULD DO BUT OFFER ME A BUFFETT. I RETURNED HOME 3 DAYS EARLY WITH MY VACATION TURNING OUT LOUSY AND THE DONT CARE ATTITUDE OF THE MANAGERIAL STAFF VERY DISTURBING..DONT SEE GOING BACK THERE WITHOUT A SUIT OF ARMOR. BAD EXPERIENCES SHOULD BE HANDLED NOT DISREGARDED

Disappointed
My value rating is because we paid almost $500 for a room that the view was of a wall, and barely a spot of sky. We know that some were only paying $189 for their room. For medical reasons we needed a refridgerator, and we didn't find out till morning that it wasnt working. So everything was warm and had to be thrown out. The room itself (if you kept the curtains shut) was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff was very heplful when there was confusion about our reservations. The casino people were very friendly. But as before the view REALLY sucked. I don't think we will stay again.

The dining staff was very helpful with perparing a special diet that was needed. It was just as ordered and very good. The wait staff was excellent! Would eat there again!

Adult date night
My husband and I stayed 1 night here. Check in was quick, however during check-in another woman staying in the hotel walked right up to the counter and started to complain about her room while we were signing our paperwork. Would have liked the staff to have told her to wait on the side until we were done. Staff did offer to help with any dinner reservations and told us the hours of the coffee & ice cream stores in the hotel. No king bed was available and we had to take two queen beds. The bed was a soft pillow top with four pillows, down comforter and nice sheets. We had the option of a room with a three headed shower or jet bathtub. We choose the bathtub which was nice, however a little dangerous since the tub was so deep and slippery. We stayed on the fourth floor , a room with no view. We enjoyed the atmosphere and would stay again.
